Leonard Vijverberg

Leonard Vijverberg is a managing director of L&S Trust Services SA, a Swiss-regulated trust company owned by Lenz & Staehelin’s partners, and a counsel in the firm’s Private Client group based in Geneva. His practice includes advising private clients and their families on estate planning, succession, issues of international private law, international investment and corporate structures, as well as contract and commercial law. This often involves dealing with cross-border issues. Leonard also advises trust companies, charities and foundations on regulatory, as well as administration and litigation matters.
Alexander Greter

Fedor Poskriakov is a Lenz & Staehelin partner in the Banking and Finance group based in Geneva, where he specialises in banking, securities and finance law with a focus on Fintech. Mark Barmes

Mark Barmes studied Economics and Law at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia and is qualified as a solicitor both in that jurisdiction (1987) and in England and Wales (1992). Geneva-based, he is a foreign solicitor registered with the Geneva Bar Association since 1990 and was made a partner of Lenz & Staehelin’s Private Client group in 1998. In 2022, Mark was appointed Senior Counsel primarily advising on trust-related matters. He contributes actively in the field of wealth planning in Switzerland through membership of and lecturing for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and also as a member of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC). Mark has twice served on the SATC management committee since 2007, supporting it in regulatory issues and trustee licencing in Switzerland.
Stefan Breitenstein

Dr. Stefan Breitenstein is a Lenz & Staehelin senior counsel based in Zurich, where he has a broad private client, corporate, banking and finance practice. He regularly advises high-net-worth individuals, as well as families in relation to wealth, estate and tax planning. Stefan is Co-Chairman of the Zurich Bar Association's Banking Law practice group and was Lenz & Staehelin’s managing partner in Zurich from 2015 to 2021.
Robert Habin

Robert Habin has been manager of L&S Services LP in Guernsey since 1st January 2021, first joining the company in 2020. He has considerable fiduciary experience having worked exclusively for trust companies in Guernsey since 1987. During this time he has developed a broad range of skills in varied roles including trust and company administration, business development, client accounting, software configuration and implementation, compliance, risk management and human resources. Robert is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (FICA) having completed the International Diploma in Trust Management and International Diploma in Compliance.
